Virginia Chipp, 91, born on September 26, 1934, in Eveleth, MN, United States, passed away April 14, 2026. She resided in Arcadia, CA at the time of her passing. Mrs. Chipp moved to California from the Iron Range of Minnesota as a young girl and graduated from Franklin High School in 1952. She was a proud wife, mother and grandmother. Virginia dedicated herself to starting and running a small business, rescuing dozens of needy animals and making friends throughout the San Gabriel Valley. A funeral mass is planned for Friday, May 8th 10:00 AM at Church of the Annunciation, 1307 East Longden Avenue, Arcadia, CA 91006. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518. Arrangements are under the direction of Douglass & Zook Funeral and Cremation Services, Monrovia, California.
