Steve is survived by his wife Jill Marshall Soto and his Children Liza Soto, Christine Soto, Matthew Soto, Stephen Soto and grandchildren's Tara Thayer and Thomas Thayer. He is also survived by his brothers Gustavo Soto and Michael Robinson; and his sisters Eloise Gonzalez, Theresa Rivera, Patricia Hernandez. He was preceded in death by his mother, Antonio Robinson and his sister Lucy Soto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Steve's family was very Important to him.
Steve loved watching the Dodgers and UCLA. He enjoyed fishing and going out on his boat.
A memorial service will be held in March after his son returns from India. Date and place TBD.
