Sarla was born on January 2, 1930 in Ahmedabad, India and immigrated to the United States in 1996.
Sarla lived a long and rich life with a tremendous amount of love as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was kind, witty and had a great sense of humor. Although she was widowed of late Dr. Dhansukhlal Trivedi at the age of 41 and lost her oldest son Rajiv a few years ago, she remained strong through all of life's challenges and displayed a sense of grace and positivity.
Sarla is survived by four siblings, her son Kuldipak and his wife Arti, grandson Apurva and his wife Kajal, granddaughter Puja and her husband Dhaval and their son, Sarla's great-grandson, Niam.
Sarla will be missed but remembered in the hearts of all those whom she leaves behind. May her soul obtain moksha and have a happy reunion with her husband, son and other loved ones on the other side.
