Rose-Marie Imstepf, 60, passed away peacefully at home on January 19, 2011. Rose-Marie is survived by her husband of 26-years, Joseph Mercado; her daughter, Stephanie (& Phillip) Serpa; her son, Eric Imstepf; her mother, Audrey; brother, Charles, and her grandson, Aven Serpa. A visitation period beginning at 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 27 will be followed by a vigil service starting at 7:00 PM both at the Douglass & Zook Chapel of Remembrance in Monrovia. On Friday morning, a funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Episcopal Church, 122 S. California Avenue in Monrovia. Contributions in her memory may be made to the City of Hope in Duarte, or the Pasadena Humane Society. Care entrusted to Douglass & Zook Chapel of Remembrance Funeral Home 600 East Foothill Blvd., Monrovia, CA 91016 (626-358-3244).
