Rosalee S. Norris

September 18, 1919 — October 15, 2018

RosaLee Norris, born September 8, 1919 in Ninnekah, OK, to the parents of Ethel and Martin I. Stokes, passed away October 15, 2018 in Monrovia, CA. She attended Murray State College, in her beloved home-town of Tishomingo, OK. She also attended Hills Business College, Oklahoma City and worked there for 2 years before going to Washington, D.C. to work for the FBI in 1941.
In D.C., she met and married a co-worker, Chester A. Norris, now deceased. Their son, Michael Norris, was born in 1947. In 1955 they moved to Monrovia, CA, where Chet retired from Carter Hawley Hale Stores, Inc. and Rosa Lee retired from Aerojet General Corp. She was a member of Retired FBI Employees, Monrovia Emblem Club, the Senior Golden Age Club, and the Gad-Abouts.
She is survived by her son, Michael, of Richmond, CA and her grandson, Gabriel of Pasadena, CA.
RosaLee had a very colorful life and valued her many, many friends.
