Rodderick "Rod" Bruce Campbell, 70, born on September 19, 1947, in Canada, entered heaven's gates on May 5, 2018. Anyone who knew Rod knew that he was the most loving, sweet, intelligent, and most selfless person. He taught for many years at Foothills Middle School in the Arcadia Unified School District, he retired in 2005. He was loved by his students and the faculty. He was also a coach for many sports including- football, soccer, volleyball, and was involved in other clubs on campus. Rod loved his students and truly loved being a teacher, it wasn't just a job for him but his passion. He also loved watching his ANGELS play, I am hoping this year they can win it for him! Rod loved to travel, he loved Hawaii, specifically he fell in love with Waikiki Beach. This was a very special place to him. He would often travel here with his mom, Etta. He also loved his cats which he simply referred to as his "kidz". Although, he left us very suddenly and unexpectedly, we are at peace knowing that he is in heaven watching down us. Until we meet again Grandpa Rod, we love you very much and miss you more than I can put into words. You are our angel, it has been such a blessing to be a part of your life. Our W.S.D.
