Pamela Joy McBeath, 54, passed away August 14, 2012 at Methodist Hospital. She is survived by her father, Gerber McBeath and stepmother, Renate; sisters Robin and brother-in-law, Jack Robertson; sister, Carla Cook and Scott; nephew, Anthony Ingrassi III and Bonnie; great nephew, Lil Anthony; nieces, Jessica, Samantha, Rebecca and Alexandra. She was preceded in death by her mother, Darlene Joanne Warren; sister, Kelly Marie Ingrassi; and grandmother, Orda. Pamela moved into Climb Sierra Madre on November 17, 1980. Pamela was always a very outgoing individual, she would always properly initiate contact with others in familiar environments. She was a very sociable and prides herself on having an active social life and many friends here at Climb and out in the community as well. Pamela enjoyed attending Congregational Church on Sundays, and City’s Street Faire quite frequently. She also enjoyed hanging out at BeanTown, a local coffee shop in Sierra Madre, where she would enjoy the company of friends and good music. Pamela loved to attend various concerts. She loved listening to Ann Murray, Beach Boys, and her favorite Chris Montez. Pamela worked for Climb Work Activity Center, by answering phones for the agency and was always very pleasant with others and will be deeply missed. Pamela received quite a few awards in the past: 2008- Most Comfortable Companion Award presented by Climb Mobility and Orientation 2009- Honor of an Extraordinary Achievement Award 2010- Climb Mobility – for Most independent / Community Awareness Award 2011- High Energy Engine of Efficiency Award by Climb Work Activity Center.
