Milo Joseph Dobes was born on July 14, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Mary Dobes. Milo served in WWII in the United States Navy. After leaving the Navy he came to California and was a civil engineer with Los Angeles County until he retired. Milo is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Waunita; his sons Robert and Ronald; grandchildren Michael, Danielle, Dawn, Sarah & Clarissa; 11 great grandchildren and his brother Joe. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Douglass & Zook Chapel of Remembrance Funeral Home, with a visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
