Mary Moore

May 6, 1924 — March 14, 2009

Mary Moore, was born in Long Beach, California on May 6, 1924, passed away in Arcadia, California on March 14, 2009. Mary had many joys in her life and loved gardening and antiques. Along with a love for music, Mary played the piano and had a beautiful voice. She also was a longtime volunteer at Santa Teresita Hospital, longtime member of Annunciation Church, and longtime member of the Italian Federation. Mary is survived by her husband of 49 years, Edgar W. Moore; brother-in-law, Donald (Frances) Moore; nieces, Karen (Greg) Grant, Sharon (Robert) Pouzar, Dee Dee (Jay) Riley, and Janet (Bob) Llach; nephews, Donnie (Janet) Moore and Michael (Michelle) Moore; and all of her church family at Annunciation Parish. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2009, 4 - 8PM, with a Rosary Service at 7PM, both at Chapel of Remembrance Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, March 19, 2009, 10AM at Annunciation Church in Arcadia. Mary truly was a great lady and will be missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers please make your donations to Santa Teresita Hospital or Annunciation Church on behalf of Mary.
