Mary C. McBroom, 102, passed away February 25, 2010. A long time resident of Pasadena, Mary had also been a volunteer for the LA County Arboretum in Arcadia for over 25 years. She is survived by her daughters, Janet Johnson and Patricia McBroom; her grandson, Erik, and great granddaughter, Ryan. Memorial Services at 1:30 PM on Saturday, February 27 will be held at the Chapel of Royal Oak Manor in Bradbury with private interment at Mt. View Cemetery in Altadena. Care entrusted to the Douglass & Zook Chapel of Remembrance Funeral Home in Monrovia (626-358-3244).
