Mary Venetta Luther, 97, passed away peacefully at home on January 2, 2013. Mary was born in Hutchinson, MN on March 10, 1915 to Agnes & Henry Felepe. Upon graduation in 1935 from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's degree in Economics she married her college sweetheart, William H. Luther. Mary Venetta and William Luther founded Luther Investment Inc. in Arcadia, CA where she was Chief Financial Officer until her retirement in 2008. Mary is survived by her sister, Becky Bryant; daughters, Nancy Jo Milligan, Lynn Luther; grandchildren, Mary Lynn Mulhall, Kim Pelbath, Derek Nye, and five great grandchildren. Mary was predeceased by her husband, William Luther and her granddaughter, Kelley K. Milligan. Private services. For those wishing to celebrate her life, donations may be made in Mary's name to the "Make a Wish" Foundation.
