She was born to Hermon and Mary Lambrecht on January 25, 1915 in Nebraska.
She was married to Donald Beavers on December 17, 1934 and they had one child, Judith Beery.
Marie moved to Monrovia in 1953 and has lived here ever since.
She loved Lawrence Welk and had met him several times. Marie's favorite vacation destination was Hawaii, her and Don went there 17 times.
She worked as a realtor for over 20 years and enjoyed her work very much.
Marie is survived by grandson Mark Beery, his wife Elizabeth, great grandson Zachary Beery, brother-in-law Stan Schultz and friends Betty, Paula, Carrie and Grace.
She was preceded in death by her husband Donald and daughter Judith.
Visitation will be at 3pm, Sunday, December 3 2017 at Douglas and Zook Mortuary, 600 East Foothill in Monrovia.
The funeral services will be at 3pm Monday, December 4 2017 at Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 East Duarte Road in Monrovia.
