Maria P. Niciforos, 70 passed away peacefully July 14, 2010 in Los Angeles, CA. She was born to Aristides and Evanthia Psyllos in Chios, Greece. She was a loving mother, and all around good person. She will be missed. She is survived by her children; Christina Morakia, Evadne Morakis, Christopher (Jenny) Morakis, John Niciforos, Arist Niciforos, and George Niciforos. Four grandchildren, and one brother, Andonis Vsyloss. Trisagion service will be Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 7:00pm held at Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral, and following on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 10:30am the Funeral Service will continue at Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1324 South Normandie Avenue, Los Angeles, CA. 90006 Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Santa Monica, CA.
