Lucia Edwards was born on March 7, 1913 in Chicago, IL and passed away on February 1, 2009 in Long Beach, CA. Lucia was a 50 year resident of Sierra Madre. Loving mother of Donna (Roger) Young and Janet (James)Hunter; adoring grandmother to Jennifer, Diana and Kasia. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, February 16, 2009 at 10:00 am at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 318 N. Baldwin Ave., Sierra Madre, CA 91024. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Lucia's name to your local ASPCA (Humane Society).
