February 21, 1921 — December 9, 2014

JOHNIELEE SMITH, Monrovia resident since 1949, went home to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ, Dec. 9, 2014, at the age of 93. One time owner-operator of Monrovia Beauty Academy, she also worked at Sears for over 30 years. She is survived by 3 kids, 5 grandkids, 9 great-grandkids, 2 great-great grandkids, a sister, and numerous nephews and nieces. Her funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Dec. 30 at Calvary-Grace Church in Monrovia, where she served faithfully for 65 years.
