James Edward Mramor, Sr.

James was born on February 8th, 1928 to Andrew and Josephine Mramor in Huntington Park, California. After he graduated from St. Matthias High School in 1936, he served in the U.S. Coast Guard and was Honorably Discharged in 1946.
He started his own business (C.R. Davis Supply Company) in Montebello, California and was the President until he retired at age 62.
He is survived by his four children, Cindy (Mramor) Leone, Lisa (Mramor) Reed, James E. Mramor Jr. and Scott Mramor. Prior to his passing he enjoyed spending as much time as he could with Edie Askew at their home in Glendora. He was an avid Notre Dame Fan and also enjoyed dancing, water volleyball, body surfing, water skiing, traveling, hunting, fishing and visiting with family and friends. He will be greatly missed!
Arrangements are under the direction of Douglass & Zook Funeral and Cremation Services, Monrovia, California. There will be a Burial Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Friday, January 29th at 10:00 am, located at 344 Workman St., Covina, CA 91723, (626) 332-3570.
