George Kenneth Wayer, 81, born on February 23, 1937, in Chicago, Illinois, passed away March 23, 2018. He resided in Covina, California at the time of his passing. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 9:30 AM at Christ's Church of the Valley, 1404 W. Covina Blvd., San Dimas, CA 91773, followed by a lunch buffet reception in the Fireside Room from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to City of Hope. Arrangements are under the direction of Douglass & Zook Funeral and Cremation Services, Monrovia, California.
