George A. Maurer III~ Age 61 passed away unexpectedly on October 15, 2009 at Arcadia Methodist Hospital. Beloved Son, Father & Brother. He is survived by his father George A. Maurer, twin brother Bill Maurer (Nancy), sisters Mikki Porretta, Linda Heaton (Dennis), children Matthew Maurer (Joanne), Jennifer Barnett (James) & Deborah Maurer, and his grandchildren Colton, Montana, Grace Lynn & Emmaline. His family & friends will miss his love & humor. A Memorial Service was held at Maryknoll Chapel on Mon. Oct. 19th. Donations can be made to George's good friends at Maryknoll Sisters, 340 Norumbega, Monrovia 91016, in lieu of flowers. Care entrusted to Douglass & Zook Chapel of Remembrance Funeral Home in Monrovia.
