Frances Louise Widener, born August 20, 1922, Asheville, North Carolina to parents, Ina Beck and George Ramsey, passed away March 9, 2012, Duarte, California. Beloved mother of daughter, Barbara Kuhn; grandmother of two, Kelley Weber and Kacy Welte; great grandmother of seven (ages 26 to 6): Morgan, Galyn and Alexander Weber; Brock, Blake, Brooks and Burke Welte. Predeceased by her husband, John Edward Widener. She retired from Knox County School District, working as a bookkeeper at Doyle High School. Loved by everyone, friend to all she knew. She will be fondly remembered and solely missed. Graveside service will be held at Galilee Baptist Church, Rt. 16, Pickens Gap Rd., Knoxville, TN on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 1:00 PM. Reception to follow.
