After patiently living with various health issues for many years, Fine Chang died very peacefully on July 1, at the age of 94. Since his beloved wife Rose died suddenly in January 2015, he leaves behind three children â€“ Sister Lana Chang, Maureen Chang Walker, Mark Chang â€“ and three grandchildren â€“ Luke, Lana, and Kate Walker. Despite an accomplished career in the aerospace industry, which included work on the Mercury-Atlas 6 mission, his greatest love was his wife, and his greatest pride was his children and their faith. A liturgical celebration of his life will take place at 3:30 P.M. on Tuesday, July 26, in St. Joseph Chapel at Santa Teresita in Duarte, CA 91010. In lieu of flowers, Fine would have preferred donations to Santa Teresita, where he received loving care.
