F. Fred Frobose

F. Fred Frobose, 80, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2009. Fred was a family man who enjoyed golfing, gardening (especially his tomatoes), loved to work and had projects going all the time, and since the age of 7 raced pigeons in New Jersey & California. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Grace; children, Carolyn (Dennis) Wilkerson, Patti Anderson, Fred J. (Elizabeth) Frobose, and Glen (Noleen) Frobose; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; and siblings in New Jersey, Robert (Eileen) Frobose, Joan (Sal) Pisani, and Denise Rossi. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 27, 2009, 3PM - 8PM with a vigil service at 6:30PM; and Visitation on Saturday, February 28, 2009, 9AM - 11AM with a Funeral Service to be held at 11AM right after the visitation, all at Arcadia Chapel of Remembrance, 500 S. First Ave., Arcadia, CA 91006. Interment to follow at Oakdale Memorial Park. God looked around His garden, And found an empty place,He then looked down upon this Earth and saw his tired face.He put His arms around him and lifted him to rest.God’s Garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.He knew that he was suffering, He knew that he was in pain,He knew that he would never get well on this earth again.He saw the road was getting rough, and the hills were hard to climbSo he closed his weary eyelids, and whispered, “ Peace be thine.”It broke our hearts to lose him, but he didn’t go alone For a part of us went with him, the day God called him home.
