Elda is predeceased by her husband, Lino Manuel Abadia, and son Rene Aguilar Abadia.
Elda is lovingly remembered by her sons Leandro, Marlon, Lyle, Adonis, Lino III, Alan Joel, and Alvin, and her daughters Febe, Gina, and her Grandchildren.
Elda was born in Cebu City, Philippines; February 28, 1926, She graduated from San Jose Recoletos, Cebu City and worked as an elementary School Teacher.
Elda enjoyed dancing the Rhumba, Chacha, Tango, and teaches Hula in her spare time to children and seniors alike.
A viewing, and memorial services will be held at Douglass & Zook Chapel of Remembrance Funeral Home 600 e. Foothill Blvd. Monrovia, California 91016 on July 20, 2013 at 10:00 AM till 2:00 PM with the Reverend Lily Villamil Offiiciating.
The reception will as be held in the reception room at Douglass and Zook Chapel of Remembrance Funeral Home.
