Mr. Anglin was born on Dec. 26, 1933 in Alta Loma, California. He was the youngest child and son of Arthur and Bertha Lee (Massey) Anglin. His family resided in both Brawley and Chino, California.
He enlisted in the Army in 1951 and was a Korean War Veteran. Mr. Anglin was employed by General Telephone Electronics (Cal-Water and Telephone) for 36 years and retired at the age of 55 years. Mr. Anglin was married for 31 years to Janice Anglin of Monrovia, CA.
Mr. Anglin enjoyed his retirement years in Boulder City, Nevada and loved boating, traveling, gaming at the local Nevada casinos and was a motorcycle enthusiast.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his only brother Donald Wesley Anglin, F1 US Navy World War II.
Survivors include his only sister Geneva Navor of San Bernardino, CA; spouse/companion Janice Anglin, of Monrovia, CA; three children - daughters Colleen Anglin of Monrovia, CA, Laurie Chapman of Surprise, AZ and a son Michael Anglin of Monrovia, CA; granddaughters Christina Chapman of Surprise, AZ and Elizabeth Chapman of Flippin, AR; great grandson Nikolas Chapman, son of Christina Chapman; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and special friends.
Arrangements are being taken care of by Douglass and Zook Chapel of Remembrance Funeral Home, Monrovia, CA. Graveside services are pending and will take place at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada sometime in July where Mr. Anglin resided during his retirement years.
The family suggests that donations go to the charity of one's choice or the American Heart Association.
