Charles G. Kurzweil. Born March 18, 1933 in Keego Harbor, Michigan, passed away October 15, 2016, at age 83. He married Jane Sonder on June 19, 1954. They were happily married for 52 years before Jane's passing in 2006. Charles worked as a mechanical and design engineer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory from 1957 to 2009. He is survived by his children, Kathryn Voelker (John), Eric Kurzweil (Stephanie Granger), and Karla Kurzweil. Three grandchildren, Nathan, Jacob, and Sarah. Also by his sisters, Kathleen Juntunen (John) and Martha Windscheif (Bill). In lieu of flowers, the family requests you donate to The Mothers Club, an organization supported by Charles and Jane.
