Cecelia M. Feghali

Cecelia Mary Feghali, 83, of Arcadia, CA passed away on August 23, 2013 from congestive heart failure. Known to all as Sheila, she was the oldest of Charles and Mary O'Reilly's three children, born May 5, 1930. Sheila was an avid gardener, cook and bridge player and was known by many as a fount of information. If she didn't have an answer or piece of advice on the spot, she would have one by the next time you spoke. She is survived by her adoring husband Joseph, with whom she recently celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary. She was the beloved mother of Rebecca Singer of Long Valley, NJ, Philip Feghali and wife Michelle, of Glendora, CA, and Nancy Geubelle and husband Philippe, of Champaign, IL. She was the cherished grandmother of Scott and Gillian Singer, Caroline and Alexandre Geubelle, and Christopher and Amanda Feghali. She is also survived by her brother John O'Reilly and his wife Arlene, Carol O'Reilly, wife of her departed brother Edward, Tony and Charlotte Feghali, and Rebecca and Emile Chahine. She was an adoring aunt to numerous nieces and nephews and a cherished member of an extended family of first and second cousins. Her endless stories, beautiful blue eyes and flaming red hair will be missed by us all. Funeral services will be held at Holy Angels Church, 370 Campus Dr. Arcadia, on Friday, August 30, at 10:30am. A reception celebrating Sheila's life will be held at Arcadia Gardens, 720 W Camino Real Ave. at 6:00pm the same day.
