Anthony Paul Wilson

Anthony Paul Wilson, 60, born on March 05, 1956 in Los Angeles, California, passed away due to liver cancer March 30, 2016. He resided in Monrovia, California at the time of his passing. Anthony was an accomplished musician throughout his life on the theatre and classical pipe organ. He traveled across the United States and the UK giving magnificent concerts. He was very dedicated to helping other musicians including young artists at the Rye Wurlitzer Academy. Tony spent years working in the tech and security industry and eventually became co-owner/vice president at Motion Picture Magic in Burbank, CA. He was incredibly kindhearted, funny, and gifted: a true gentleman who brought joy and pleasure to all. Tony is survived by his partner of 30 years Mark Mills of Monrovia, CA, sister Julie (Moe) Helms of Cheyenne, WY, brother Eugene Wilson of San Pedro, CA, nephews Travis (Melissa) Helms and Lucas Helms of Cheyenne, WY, and sister-in-law Betsy Randolph of Medford, OR. Tony is preceded in death by his parents Eugene (1999) and Ellen Wilson (2009), sister Kristine Wilson (2008), mother-in-law Mary Lou Mills and grandparents John and Nellie Duffy and grandmother Madeline Wilson. A celebration of Tony's life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Douglass & Zook Funeral and Cremation Services, Monrovia, California.
