Anthony Roland Contreras

April 12, 1977 — September 25, 2012

Was born in Pomona, CA and was a long time resident of the City of Monrovia. He struggled with heart failure for 11 years and sadly was taken from us on September 25th, 2012, while waiting for a heart transplant. He will be missed by many, but never forgotten. he is survived by his mother Janice Savage, father Bernie Contreras, sister Arlene (Mai) Martinez, brother Joseph Contreras and his 3 children - Anthony Christopher Contreras, Isaac Troy Contreras and Alani Monet Contreras. In lieu of flowers if you would like to make a donation to his 3 children it would be greatly appreciated. checks can be made out to: Janice Savage. Anthony's visitation will be held at Douglass & Zook's Chapel, Monday 10/1/2012 from 5-8 pm with a 6:30 pm rosary. Mass is scheduled for Tuesday 10/2/2012 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Monrovia, CA at 11:00 am and will be laid to rest at Live Oak Memorial Park.
