Ambrosio Maldonado, former resident of Pasadena and Arcadia, passed away on November 22 in Redlands, California, at the age of 93. Ambrosio was born on December 7,1923, in San Gabriel. He attended Pasadena Junior College and the University of Southern California, and worked for 25 years at Santa Anita Race Track. He was a parishioner at Holy Angels Church in Arcadia, who was devoted to his faith and his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth; his children, Joe, Jeff, Sylvia, Jerry and Christina; his daughters-in-law, Gloria, Maria, and Jaenene; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. A vigil will be held Tuesday, November 28 from 5:00 â€“ 9:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM at Douglass & Zook. A mass will be held Wednesday, November 29 at 10:00 AM at Holy Angels Church, Arcadia.
